For decades, Health Carousel has been a premium provider of healthcare workforce solutions throughout the United States. Founded by J. William DeVille in 2004, Health Carousel has remained committed to connecting clients and patients with the healthcare professionals they need to succeed better in such a complex field.
As healthcare becomes an increasingly discussed topic in the social zeitgeist, let’s take a closer look at why companies like Health Carousel need to lead from the front regarding ethical recruitment and operational practices.
Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices
While it may be far from the first thing we think, the individual within the healthcare system is ultimately responsible for helping us along our health journey. For that reason, hiring firms must place a core focus on making ethical and justified hires.
Certified every two years, Health Carousel has been working closely with the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices on acquiring their recertification. Operating through a division of CGFNS International, the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices seeks to uphold rigorous and high standards on the subjects of contract practices, references, discussions, and other recruitment practices.
Connecting patients with qualified and ethically hired employees are the first step in a long line of measures to ensure the best services are available. Recertification becomes available after two years and involves an intensive review to demonstrate said firm’s ethical commitment to responsible and transparent recruiting practices.
The Code of Ethics developed by the subdivision of CGFNS International Inc is labored over by a Board of Governors, including members of leading human resources, nursing associations, representative organizations, and other associated recruiters.
Looking to the Future
